瓦斯發電機組的工作原理主要分為5大步驟,首先是瓦斯進氣,氣缸內氣門打開,進氣門打開,進氣活塞下行;接著機組對瓦斯氣進行壓縮,壓縮階段氣門和進氣門都關閉,進氣活塞上行,把進氣的混合氣壓縮至高壓;然后噴油嘴向氣缸內噴入燃油,利用火花塞點火;隨后瓦斯氣爆炸,氣體膨脹推動活塞向下運動,帶動連桿旋轉驅動發電機旋轉;最后氣門打開,將剩余的廢氣排出。
The working principle of a gas generator set mainly consists of five steps. Firstly, the gas is introduced, the valve in the cylinder opens, the intake valve opens, and the intake piston descends; Next, the unit compresses the gas. During the compression stage, both the valves and intake valves are closed, and the intake piston moves upward to compress the mixed gas into high pressure; Then the fuel injector injects fuel into the cylinder and ignites it using a spark plug; Subsequently, a gas explosion occurred, causing the gas to expand and push the piston downwards, driving the connecting rod to rotate and drive the generator to rotate; Finally, the valve opens to discharge the remaining exhaust gas.
